B.Sc Speech and Hearing

Bachelor of Audiology an dSpeech-Language Pathology is an undergraduate course related to hearing and communication disorders. It focuses on the assessment and treatment of speech, language, and hearing problems. Students learn audiology, speech therapy, and rehabilitation techniques. The course includes clinical training with children and adults. Graduates work in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and speech clinics.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for BASLP, candidates must:

  • Pass 10+2 (Higher Secondary) with Science

  • Subjects required: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB)

  • Minimum 45%–50% marks (varies by institute/university)

  • Must have passed English

  • Minimum Age: 17 years

  • Should be medically fit


Duration

  • Total Duration: 4 Years

    • 3 Years – Academic Study (Theory + Practical)

    • 1 Year – Compulsory Clinical Internship
